Mr. Barch is responsible for municipal marketing and finance activities of the firm. Dick has been involved in every type of municipal security issued in the State of Michigan, both through public and negotiated sales. Since founding the firm in 1968, he has developed an extensive nationwide list of contacts in the municipal banking arena and has vast experience in analyzing and recommending strategies for the marketing of bonds. He is personally acquainted with the personnel at the rating agencies of Moody’s, Standard & Poor’s and Fitch and has assisted hundreds of municipalities to increase their credit ratings.
