      Mr. Stauder joined the firm in 1977 and provides structure and guidance in a wide range of public finance projects. He oversees analysis and determination of project feasibility, user rates and charges, and credit strength. His extensive experience includes general obligation, revenue, and refunding bonds, cash flow borrowing and installment purchase contracts. Paul develops comprehensive loan repayment strategies for capital project funding, with an emphasis on obtaining the lowest possible cost of borrowed funds. He has assisted in the development and implementation of hundreds of revenue support systems and related repayment programs for municipalities and authorities throughout the State. His activities frequently involve interaction with federal and state agencies and programs. Mr. Stauder also serves as the firm’s lead advisor to the Michigan Municipal Bond Authority.
