for providing independent advice. As
an Advisor we will provide our client with independent advice on implementing
available financing alternatives.
Advice given will adhere to all federal, state and local laws,
regulations and rules applicable to the securities industry. As a negotiator, we will seek the result
most advantageous to the client and maintain honor and integrity in dealing
with others. We
will be competent, prompt and diligent in professional functions. We will keep an open line of communication
with a client concerning our representation.
We will keep all client information in confidence except as required
by law or this code of ethics. Stauder,
Barch & Associates will be guided by personal conscience and approval of
professional peers and thus strive to attain the greatest level of skill to
improve the quality of advice. In the
ever changing environment of laws, securities regulations and rules, it is
imperative for us to continue our education to provide the highest quality
