3.            Assist your bond counsel in ensuring that all possible provisions are made that will produce the most advantageous sale of your bonds.

 

4.            Assist you in the preparation of the documents required by all governmental entities for approval to issue the bonds.

 

5.            Prepare and provide complete information to both recognized bond rating agencies (Moody's Investors Service and Standard & Poor's Corporation) to establish the most attractive credit ratings possible.

 

6.            Assist in soliciting competitive bids on your behalf for ancil­lary services such as paying agents, printers and insurance as may be required.

 

7.            Prepare and distribute to prospective investors, the Official Offering State­ment for the bonds.

 

8.            Advise you on the condition of the municipal bond market and on the time for the marketing of your bonds in order to obtain a sale on the best terms available.

 

9.            Attend the scheduled bond sale, assist in calculating interest cost on the bids submitted, and be prepared to submit detailed informa­tion on the status of the general bond market and on current interest cost of comparable bonds sold.

 

10.          After the bond sale, assist with printing and delivery of the bonds and furnish a schedule of principal and interest costs based on the coupon rates specified by the purchaser.

 

11.          Continue to be available to render advice and services to you and to bond purchasers.
